Why does everyone forget the most important meal of the day? LOL... Well, this morning, I had two bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, with 1% milk, a pear, and a single cup of coffee with sugar and French Vanilla creamer... (My one caffinated beverage of the day... *Sigh* The doctor made me cut down. *Pout*)

and orange juice, that is a must everyday, or I pass out.. .lol (lo blood sugar)

If I've got milk, I have a glass of milk in the morning. if not, a big ol' glass of water. I can't, physically can't, eat when I first wake up (unless I wake up naturally on the weekend), so I don't usually eat till lunch.

French toast, made with thawed egg nog...add a few more eggs to it, and you don't need powdered sugar or syrup on top. Just butter.

I had cinamonn toast crunch again... LOL... Hey, this time, I was eating with my best friend's kids. We've got them for the weekend, babysitting, 'cause the two of them had to head off on business... (They're driving a couple of trucks for a construction company to Cheyanne, Wyoming... Gah...) So, we've got two kids, under three, at our house. The good thing is... They both love Inqui. (The bad thing is, she can't run away fast enough! LOL) Later, though, at about 10:30am, I'll prolly have a piece of chicken and some fries... For a brunchy thing... So I don't have to eat lunch over lunch hour at the resturaunt... ('cause I work there, and sometimes it's too busy to eat, so the way I see it, I'd better stuff my face while I've got the chance! LOL)

Breakfast?? What's that......during the week I have two cups of coffee and 'bout nuttin else, unless there's candy in my candy dish at work. On the weekends it's a different story we have breakfast on the weekends.

I had... This cream filled swirly pastery thingee... I don't know what it's called! Some icewater, and a bunch (BIG bunch) of grapes for breakfast this morning... Hehehehe...

I usually just drink a pot of coffee, no sugar and non dairy creamer. If someone brings Krispy Kream in then I eat breakfast. I eat fruit if I have it on the weekends.

Breakfast? What's that? Oh yeah, food you're supposed to eat in the morning. Since I only do mornings under extreme protest (have to work, boss says be here by 8am or else ), just give me the coffee and leave me alone until a more civilized hour, say about 10am?

I found out I have gall stones the other day... So I can't eat any good stuff anymore! LOL... They put me on a special diet, that's not only gonna keep me from getting the heartburny-pain that accompanies the gall stones, but is good for the baby and I... The thing is, I can only have about 25 grams of fat a day... Which means, I've been eating lots and lots and lots and lots of fruit. Nannas, grapeses, apples... I can't eat fries anymore! LOL

Hey Joe - my husband likes that Stoffers creamed chip beef over tater tots. For breakfast I almost always have Cheerios, my husband has the honey-nut kind.
