mmm, this a.m. we had bacon, sausage, biscuits, mixed fresh fruit, fried eggs, coffee and water (nobody remembered to go get milk,,lol)

Oat meal (the stuff that takes 30 minutes to cook) mixed with banannas, currants, unsweetened coconut, and a little agave syrup.

poached eggs, sausage links, custard filled donuts.mmm, coffee, orange juice, and grapefruit sections.
breakfast was good, even tho I still hadda help cook some of it.   |

Enough Zooey. You are makig my mouth water. Breakfast used to be one of my favorite meals eating all that yummy stuff. Now that I have to take care of myself with the diabetes, I can't eat all that stuff anymore. Well I can eat the eggs and waffles (with sugar free syrup) and even sausage ad bacon, just can't have big portions like I used to. But I can't have the donuts which are my weakness. I don't really miss the candy, or even cookies, but donuts, oh what I would give for a krispy cream chocolate iced white cream filled donut. My mouth is watering just talking about it. Oh well, I can do without that stuff if it helps me to live a longer life, giving me more time to spend with my new grandson, who is now 6 weeks. Can you believe it?

Believe it or not I get breakfast in bed almost every morning. I am so not a morning person and Jeff is, so I think it is his way of not having to keep listening to the snooze go off. He shoves a plate under my nose and I have to sit up!
